Over the Top Learning Center is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30. If you want to enroll your child in our Convenient Care Program for extended hours, please get in touch with the center at 256-945-7043.

The registration fee is a nonrefundable fee of $135 per family.

Our Adventurers and Explorers Program students will wear mandatory uniforms daily except for Fridays. Each family will receive two embroidered polo shirts included in their registration packet. Shirts- Orange Polo Shirt Pants- Any bottoms *Open-toe shoes (athletic slides/flip-flops) and slippers are prohibited!* You may purchase additional shirts from Over the Top Learning Center.

We keep our parents involved and updated by using our Teacher Parent Communication and Engagement App called Brightwheel. Brightwheel provides parents with tips, tracking updates, news, photos, and more.

Over the Top Learning Center is licensed by the Department of Human Resources.

Yes, we offer breakfast, lunch, and snacks for all the children enrolled in our center. Of course, if you would like to send in snacks or meals, you can, but we encourage families to take advantage of our all-inclusive meals.

If your child is experiencing any sickness, please inform the center and keep the child at home. Parents will be notified immediately of any illness and should pick the child up within 60 minutes of the notification. For any additional questions or concerns, please get in touch with the center.

Over the Top Learning Center classrooms and entry doors are equipped with cameras. Any unauthorized guests will not be permitted in the building at any time. Parents MUST sign their child in and out using our Brightwheel App.

All staff members must pass all state and federal background checks. In addition, all staff members must complete professional development and meet the state standard for providing high-quality early childhood care.

You will bring in a written letter stating who will be picking up your child. That person will need to bring an ID to present before releasing your child into their care.

We are not a nut free facility. In the enrollment paperwork, please provide any allergies your child has so we can keep specific ones out of the classroom.

Yes! We have outside weekend events such as Parent's Night Out, Sunday, Brunch, Holiday Parties, and Fundraisers.
